Embedded link to another post resizing

Hi there,

Someone has posted and linked to another post and they see a scrollbar continually switching on and off in chrome. I have tried to recreate it and couldn't see the issue and they also don't see it when using other browsers.

 Any ideas about what's happening?

Ok, thanks that looks like the same issue. I have made the change and just waiting for feedback now as I can't actually see the issue myself.
