Some browsers creating too much unnecessary space

I've seen there are some discussions regarding blank space, but I think the existing ones refer to something else (otherwise, please feel free to merge this one into an existing topic).

I've seen that some specific members generate a lot of unnecessary space after their text generally. For example, I've just got this from one of my members:

Is it just my forum or have others seen the same? I'm on 4.7.6 by the way.

But is the device a Samsung? If so than in this topic they say it helps to disable Samsung keyboard > More typing options > Enhanced accuracy:
