Dear all 

There is a error message "You are not permitted to register a user account with this site." 

when somebody try to make a registration. I didn't have set any restrictions set. What could be the problem ?

• In many cases, this error is due to your current IP address being on one or more blocklists. Typically this happens when using VPN (Virtual Private Network) as spammers or other threat actors also use VPN
• If you are using a VPN either try to connect without a VPN to create the account and then in many cases, you can use the VPN to connect after the account has been created.
  If you continue to get blocked try connecting to a different VPN server which will normally provide you with a different IP address.

Strange, but this happens to all employees from our office. We do not use VPN. Where should I go to get our office IP address resolved?

Hard to answer the question not knowing how your office network setup is done (maybe some proxy, firewall or other specific gate is used to connect). You would need to contact the main engineer who is responsible for the network setup (unless ... you are the one).

Its very likely they are hitting the spam service. Take a look here on how to check the logs. If you are then sure that person is not spam, you can whitelist accordingly.
