I have separated this to your own topic so we can investigate these separate issues.

 

You are utilizing your own custom S3 bucket for this. First step would be to ensure everything is working correctly with this custom bucket. Broken images typically tend to happen from incorrect data or change items in the bucket itself. You would need to verify those steps and ensure the images are in your S3 bucket correctly.

I have no clue how to do any of that.

Can you post a guide to this. Because the S3 we have was configured by y'all.

We have not configured your own S3. We configure only ours. You have your own set there also The ips one is ours, the other is yours. These are created from System>Files>Storage Settings>Configurations
