Strange occurrence now ... Moderator Review is on all over the place!

Hello,

Last night, I upgraded the forums to the latest version, and now I have to approve posts that have no restrictions, either on the forum or on the person themselves.  Even Moderator posts need approval.  Has anyone else had this same issue on the upgrade?

Check moderator and admin logs to see if someone else enabled it.

I figured it out ... it's a URL filter ...
