can not change logos after upgrading from 4.3 to 4.7

we got in error console of firefox we see alot of erros on admin and frontage. the following scripts is not founded

the files are not existing on server root_library.js and root_js_lang_2.js

 

how we can get them back or something is missing?

Have you tried rebuilding your system cache from within the Support section of the ACP?
