Error on site

Hello everybody!

My site got technical error with 2 times in 16 hours. i access log and got this problem :

My site using php version 8.2 and using redis cache

Anyone in this form can help me to fix this issue?

PHP 8.2 is not supported just yet. You will want to downgrade to 8.1

i downgrade php version and still got this error 500. Other cause this problem?

Please let me know where it is you are seeing the error. Your site appears to be loading with no issue on this end

Hello, i restart server and it display error again after 6 hours running. I dont know why reason

Hello, it seen cause from plesk control panel. I change to directadmin control panel, the error doesn't have.
