Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Andy135 Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 We're on the cloud service and our site has been down for around 15 mins, which is an eternity for a forum as we all know. Is there a known issue and anticipated time to fix? Anything we can do as end-users?
Andy135 Posted December 15, 2022 Author Posted December 15, 2022 Still offline unfortunately. Is this an Invision issue or AWS?
Kelley Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Same. We have several chat boards instances on the cloud service, and all of them are throwing 504 errors: Andy135 1
Management Charles Posted December 15, 2022 Management Posted December 15, 2022 Is anyone still having this issue? It appears to have only impacted people on certain nodes on the network. Our monitoring service did not alert us of a global downtime event so we are researching which segment was having issues. SeNioR- 1

Management Charles Posted December 15, 2022 Management Posted December 15, 2022 @Andy135 Thanks for your help diagnosing this. For those of you having this problem, please be sure you are on the latest version of Invision Community. Older versions are on the old PHP7 array which is no longer receiving updates because PHP7 itself is end of life. This is starting to cause some odd performance and reliability problems that our monitoring is having trouble detecting. Andy135 and Marc 2
cdickson Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 My site (https://proplibrary.com) is also down.

We are in fact behind on the version and are in the process of upgrading.

Marc Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Sorry, my confusion there @cdickson. Didnt realise you have 2 active licenses for that URL. Please clear your browser cache as just saw someone else still seeing the same and it was caught in their cache. Ifi you are then still seeing the same, please let us know, but I can see your site on this end, no problem at all. Once you do get on, please be sure to upgrade to the latest release
