Bob Snow Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 (edited) I'm including an image that was the homepage of my previous forum. A person had the ability to click an image that would take you to a related page. I placed a note, arrows, on the example to help you see. Here are just 2 items I have to do. 1. A roll over would enlarge the image. 2. If clicked on image it would take you to a page that details, provides detail information of the image. The page you are taken to might have the same types of actions, rollovers or clicks. My thought is the pages might be what is called BLOCKS. I have the cloud based Invision Community. If the cloud version cannot do this but your other version can then I need to go that rout. Bob Edited December 9, 2022 by Bob Snow
Randy Calvert Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 All of this is doable. You have to create the correct blocks and add HTML code to do it. There is not a “one click” button to generate the code. But absolutely possible to accomplish.
Jim M Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 This would require some custom HTML/CSS/JS to perform this but certainly doable in the platform.
Bob Snow Posted December 10, 2022 Author Posted December 10, 2022 >>You have to create the correct blocks << What do you mean by correct blocks? Are there different types of blocks? If so what block would I need? Bob
Randy Calvert Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 You need to create a block that allows raw HTML/php. Paste in the custom html code you need into the block and save it. Add it to a page.
Bob Snow Posted December 11, 2022 Author Posted December 11, 2022 Got it. I try to be more clear in a new topic-Staring a New Build and Need Advice. Bob
Bob Snow Posted December 30, 2022 Author Posted December 30, 2022 I have just added a topic to the forum that might explain exactly what my mission is. I'm looking for someone with the skills. Bob
