I had set up Facebook login for my four a few years ago. 2 weeks ago Facebook has deactivated the app through which I have set up the logins. 

Now is there a way that I can convert all users that were using Facebook login to normal forum login?

There would be no way in which for you to convert them. The users themselves would need to request a password reset. You could send out password resets of course, but there is no way in which to target just those users
