App flagged as PHP8 incompatible on production site but NOT test site

Strange things:

My test site and production site both run IPB 4.7.2.1 and PHP 8.1.10.  I have installed the most recent version of @HeadStand's Newsletters app.

Thing is: my production site has flagged Newsletters as PHP8 incompatible, while my test site has not.  In fact, this is also happening with another app - both are flagged by the Compatibility Scanner on my production site but not my test site.  I've double-checked the versions and both sites are running the same version of both apps.

I'll even add that in fact, my test is showing no incompatibility errors whereas my production site lists three apps/plugins.  Smells like a possible bug re: test site checking?

Please first of all check with the author of those applications to make sure there is no difference between the 2. If this is confirmed, please ensure we have access to both instances
