Desable apps and plugins what is not made for PHP 8.X ?

I use PHP 7.4

Can i delete /datastore in folder from my server ?

You can delete the contents of that folder, with the exception of the index file, should you need to do so

Like the first screenshot (Outdated Overloaded...) on the far right there is a priority column.  A Yes/No result? What does that mean?

You can safely ignore this column, it will be getting removed.
