Can't find purchased app/plugin in Marketplace

I purchased:

I am on 4.6 which this is marked as compatible with, yet when I go to Marketplace tab via Admincp no matter what I do I can't get this to show up so I can install it.

What am I doing wrong?

Search for "pay to pin topics" with the double quotes and you should see it.
