We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

Taking a closer look at this, it appears you may actually be missing a patch which corrects this. Please go to Support in your admin CP and apply all optional patches

Hello Gentlemen, sorry for the delay in responding.

I have unblocked the task, which is scheduled to be executed the next minute and remains in that state again.

The progress is extremely slow, in 5 days it is 28.7%
