Parker White Posted July 10, 2022 Posted July 10, 2022 im getting an error when i import keys to site, it shows the number of keys in stock before i imported the new ones, even though when i click to view the keys, it shows all the new ones included. will it give an out of stock error when someone tries to purchase or is it just a visual bug?
Parker White Posted July 10, 2022 Author Posted July 10, 2022 for more clarification, when i import keys and click save, it gives me a 500 error and goes to an error screen. when i click on "try again", it goes back to admincp and says 0 keys imported even though the keys are in my stock. it still says 0 keys in stock...
Jim M Posted July 10, 2022 Posted July 10, 2022 Sorry, our core software does not allow keys to be imported. Are you referring to a third-party application/plugin perhaps? If so, please contact the author in their preferred support avenue. If you are referring to something in the default software, please elaborate.
