Cant buy plugins

Hello guys I have added credit in my account 30$ but I can't be able to buy plugin here

its giving this error

my license is expired and I don't want to re-new it because my plugins only support with old version, so I think IPS board should change this rule, who was the active license holder in past, he should be able to use marketplace, I think its injustice thing for us 🙂

You would need to reach out to the author if you wished to purchase outside of the marketplace, but the marketplace itself is an IPS service which can be used only with an active license.

We are unable to transfer credits to other members unfortunately. If you request via our accounts department that this is reimbursed to you, I can get that to the right person for you, and you can then do as you need with those funds.
