June 23, 20223 yr You would need to reach out to the author if you wished to purchase outside of the marketplace, but the marketplace itself is an IPS service which can be used only with an active license.

June 23, 20223 yr We are unable to transfer credits to other members unfortunately. If you request via our accounts department that this is reimbursed to you, I can get that to the right person for you, and you can then do as you need with those funds.
