amiaz peisach Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 Hi, I'm trying to give specific groups permission for specific departments in the support. I was unable to locate the open ticket permissions. I want to create a support department only for members, and a department for different groups that i set who can open in that department thanks.
Marc Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 You can set up departments which are only accessible to certain members of staff. There isnt howveer a way to set for only some members per department. Departments can only really be set up for certain products
