Hi, I'm trying to give specific groups permission for specific departments in the support.
I was unable to locate the open ticket permissions.
I want to create a support department only for members, and a department for different groups that i set who can open in that department
You can set up departments which are only accessible to certain members of staff. There isnt howveer a way to set for only some members per department. Departments can only really be set up for certain products
