LiveG Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Hello, I am trying to delete all specific user content, but nothing happens after I do it. Look like a bug, I am using Invision Community v4.6.11
Jim M Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Please note that this gets done via a background task. You can check the progress by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Background Processes. If these tasks are not running, please check in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration to see how you're processing these. If it is via CRON, please contact your hosting provider to ensure the CRON job is setup correctly. If they are ran via traffic, please start viewing the front-end of your community for a while or consider switching to CRON. If after a while they do not run, please check the System log for any errors. If you are still having issues, please ensure the access details on file are correct. LiveG 1
