kreosam Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Good afternoon I updated Invision Community and I'm trying to bring everything to mind on the test version of the site (trial) and only then transfer it to the production Invision Community installed, paid to update the plugins, and now I can't install these plugins on the test version, I keep getting the following messages in response "An application is already installed that uses the same Application Key, this application cannot be installed unless the other is removed"
Marc Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 If you are having issues with installing a plugin you would need to contact the author of that plugin for assistance. From that message however, it sounds simply like its already installed

From that message however, it sounds simply like its already installed The plugins are installed on the main site, which hasn't been updated yet. They are not installed on the test version.
