Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Richard Arch Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 Hi This looks like a bug. When a member buys the product through the store the grace period is set but when the Admin manually adds an invoice to a member using the same product the grace period is not set. To test you need a renewable product with a grace period and manually add the invoice with that product to the a member. Edit the Active purchase to see the grace period. This is the same product with 2 days grace period.
Mark H Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 If you can please update the access details to your site in our Client Area, someone can take a look to see what may be the issue. And have you tested this with all third-party items disabled, including any custom Theme?
Richard Arch Posted February 25, 2022 Author Posted February 25, 2022 Hi Mark Problem persists with all third-party items disabled. Access details have been updated, you should be able to access our test site where I have been able to repeat the error.
Marc Posted February 25, 2022 Posted February 25, 2022 Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
