Oldcrow Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 I had a Test Install but it was under a subfolder of the live site. I have moved it out to it own subdomain folder. How do I change the test site authorized location.
Randy Calvert Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 Info is posted at: If you're changing paths, etc... you might need to clear your system cache after updating your conf_global.php file. Also make sure you're using TESTINSTALL on your key postfix as indicated in the URL above to make it reflected as your test instance.
Solution Oldcrow Posted February 6, 2022 Author Solution Posted February 6, 2022 (edited) Thanks for your answer Randy -TESTINSTALL is added to the License key as it i supposed to be. But when the install is processed at the new location using a subdomain. This all happens during the initial install just after enter LICENSE KEY-TESTINSTALL it tells me: A test installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one test installation only. The folder and all files from previous location were removed from the server prior to the new install NVM Mind installed in same folder then placed the correct subdomain into the setup and install is processing Edited February 6, 2022 by Oldcrow SeNioR- 1
Marc Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 It does indeed need to be the exact URL its licensed under in order to install, yes. This is what will have been causing the problem
