So I tried to do a split. Meaning move last 5 posts from a topic into a new one. I could only find how to do this one-by-one, not all 5 at once. Is this the only way of doing it one by one? I have expected to be able to move more at once but when selected more, it asks for a forum to be moved in (?) not really for a topic. Not even sure what that is for.

Use the checkbox in the topic view to select all the posts you want. There is no limit of how many posts can be selected. Once a selection was made, there will be a button bar with possible functions like hide, merge and split.
