Hello,

I created multiple Ads on the CP admin (these are scripts from Admanager) most work correctly (but with too much latency imo), for the one in the header, I created two ads in the CP, one with the mobile script and one with the desktop script but randomly the community load with the mobile script, this happen frequently on the 'home' of the forum.

Any idea ?

Many thanks !

Taking a look there, you would need to contact your ad suppliler, as its their code which is determining how and when it shows. With what you have done on the software ad area, you have just set the ad to appear above the header

Sorry, Im not sure what you are asking there. However I believe it may be this you are looking for

Take a look at the "control when ads show" section

Hello,

I still have my problem, ads don't show for these emplacements and I think I lost some impressions on the others one where I have to charge 2 scripts (for desktop & mobile)

  • After the first post in each topic
  • After the first topic in each forum

I also tried to create 2 differents ads with only one script and select the same "where to show" but it was worse, IPS loading randomly one or other ...

Have you tested adding just some static text in there to ensure its showing up? Without the classes etc?

I'm not one of the developers myself, but I noticed in your code there its actually showing "display: none" , which would indicate to me its not going to show anywhere

The same code works well on other place like “Just below the page header” , I have a code in the "Globaltemplate" and then, one div per ad-slot.

The problem remains on

After the first post in each topic

After the first topic in each forum

None of them display on desktop, but ok on mobile.

Please contact your advertising provider for assistance if you are not getting the expected results. Unfortunately, our software is outputting what you're placing in the advertising module as you can see below. I'm afraid, as mentioned, we would not be able to assist with custom or third party code.
