When Designer Mode is enabled, only the default theme is used regardless of what theme I choose via the theme pull down menu on the front page. Is this the correct behaviour? I didn't think this was the normal behaviour, hence the reason asking for clarification on this. I will update to version 4.6.2 and see if that fixes the issue.
