Multiquote button out of focus

The multiquote button should be more in focus. No normal human being is expecting stuff related to posting and writing 10 foots away. Especially if a site has a site up button or other stuff on the right lower corner and a larger screen size it's getting hard to see.

To avoid such huge distance on larger screens I just set all my themes to Fluid width. At least the button is "closer" to the posts body.

EDIT: I edited my post. I misunderstood that you like to move the "+" button, but you like to move the already selected posts button at the bottom.
