I sent snail-mail to the address on the Invision site some time ago, but of course given the current situation it's difficult to tell when it will arrive. I emailed @Charles about a week ago (only because his signature says it's ok to email him!). I have no way of knowing if it's been read yet (but I realise everyone there is busy so I'm not whinging or table thumping! lol), but was wondering if there's a more direct line of communication or contact person as a rule. March 20, 20213 yr I mean your sales or support ticket will have a more direct and visible line of communication so it would likely be better to go that route.
