Maxxius Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 Hello, there was this topic regarding excessive emails notifications and well on that accord I wish to provide my own feedback. There's no secret I follow a lot of files on IPS Marketplace that I have purchased or I'm interested in purchasing. So I follow them to be informed when new versions are uploaded. BUT the problem is that I get a notification not only when a new version is uploaded but also when A REVIEW HAS BEEN LEFT for a particular file. I do not care about that at all. Like at all. Before subscribing I already have read all the reviews and if I decide to buy a particular plugin I'd read those again to see if authors' attitude toward clients and development is still in good. tl;dr allow me to follow files and get new version notifications and NOT new file review notifications.
Daniel F Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 There's an explicit button to follow only version updates. Jordan Miller 1
Maxxius Posted January 28, 2021 Author Posted January 28, 2021 Oh 😥 okay But tell me then @Daniel F where do I find the list where I could see all the files that I'm tracking version updates? I cant seem to find one.
Adriano Faria Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 (edited) It doesn't show anywhere; only in file view. It should show up on https://invisioncommunity.com/followed/ EDIT: It uses a different table, etc. That's why it doesn't show there. Edited January 28, 2021 by Adriano Faria

Adriano Faria Posted January 28, 2021 Posted January 28, 2021 I may be wrong, of course so I'll wait for someone from IPS to reply. If there isn't a way to display them, I'll develop a quick (free) plugin to display these files: Maxxius and Jordan Miller 2
