I have added two widgets - top posts and topics to my forum.

https://community.jackcorsellis.com

problem is that they are still visible even when not logged in. Everything should be hidden unless user is logged in.

I have blocked access to all other forums but cannot find how to lock these down.

Any guidance appreciated

thanks

So "Topic Feed" and "Post Feed"?

Both have a setting - ensure you haven't disabled this:

Thanks @Nathan Explosion - that is the setting I have tried for both the topic and post feeds - it is enabled but still see them when not logged in/registered.

OK - so the permissions must be allowing them some kind of access.

I go to this https://community.jackcorsellis.com/topic/139-ibd-50-etf-ffty-showing-strength-current-market-thoughts/?do=getNewComment and I get the message indicating that I'm not allowed to "Read Topics"

Can you provide a link to the forum within which that topic exists, please?

Thanks @Nathan Explosion.

if you go to https://community.jackcorsellis.com/ then can you see the topics and posts widgets (and their contents)?

Not what I needed - we already know your main site address, and we already know what your topic links are.

What I am asking for is a link to the forum within which one of those topics can be found - I can't determine this from your site because you don't have a forum listing there for guests:

Example - this topic you are reading is in this forum:

Thanks @Nathan Explosion -  I see what you mean now

That has helped me realise that it is just 1-2 of my forums that are displaying because read is set for guest.

Can't believe I missed that.

Thanks for persevering and helping me with this - very much appreciated.

Now marking as solved!

Yup, had my suspicions but didn't want to jump to cause until saw the actual forum itself.
