Have found the solution
in Admin CP then go to your member groups then edit and navigate to custom tab.

Thanks @Nathan Explosion - I see what you mean now
That has helped me realise that it is just 1-2 of my forums that are displaying because read is set for guest.
Can't believe I missed that.
