What I can't see and or find setting, I thought that setting was enable from the start for guest moderator approval. What guests to post but approved by a mod before it goes on public. Your can either: 1: Moderate new topics/posts per forum 2: Enable the Require approval before content shows? and 1 and approved content items in Remove content moderation in Members group.
