You don't see any differences in the Member List for users who registered using social sign-ins. They appear as normal members. It's not until you view the Member profile do you see a box for Active Account Integrations: I'm not sure how you can test without already having a Facebook or Google account. Facebook or Google documentation might offer some test accounts that you can utilize, but it would be easier to have an account.
