Gauravk Posted March 24, 2020 Posted March 24, 2020 When someone pays for subscription through PayPal and forget to return back to your community, there is a problem left for admin. That system doesn't recognize the payment unless admin go to back-end and mark invoice as paid. It is indeed very irritating and inconvenient that why can't IPB automatically redirect from PayPal page to recognize the payment. Many sellers are doing that just fine (etoro). Due to this Mark as paid now few of our users getting the unwanted invoices generated. This guy renewed his monthly Active membership on Feb 23. Then he upgrade from monthly (Full Access) to Annual (Off-road) and that's where he forgot to return back to carnity and admin has to manually mark invoice as paid. And now he is getting new invoice for annual after a month of already paid for annual. Please help. Thanks in advance.
bfarber Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 I would recommend submitting a ticket for assistance. I can't see how the issue you are describing as you are describing it at least would exist.
