How to install different blocks on different sections of the

eg
https://loyverse.town/forum/27-advanced-inventory/
inventory block on the right

and here https://loyverse.town/forum/4-hardware/
about printers.

But it turns out only to install the through block

Maybe you can use custom block of page, but need custom code to indicate where exactly place the block, or excluding some pages and show it according the language.

No. You can add your custom blocks according to the guide 

You have to customize this example to get forum_id into the block to decide what to display.
