It was set to automatically renew every month, and to stop it I had them cancel it on the PayPal side. I know it won't go through but I would like to be able to stop it from my side, and prevent an invoice from even going out and stopping it from trying to take a payment before the ad expires.
bfarber Posted January 31, 2020 Posted January 31, 2020 You can cancel the purchase in the AdminCP, and when you do you will have the option of simply removing renewals but letting the purchase remain active until it would normally expire.
The_Mage Posted February 1, 2020 Author Posted February 1, 2020 Okay, thanks. Now how do I cancel the purchase? I see a "Void Account", but wasn't sure what action that would take. On the invoices I see "Cancel/Refund", but was worried that would refund the purchase.
Makoto Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 If you click Cancel/Refund you'll be presented with an option to just cancel the invoice without refunding it. This will remove any benefits provided by the purchase and prevent renewals, but won't refund the purchase.
