Ramsesx Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 Some members reported an issue that it opens a porn popup when they accept the cookie usage notice. I can't reproduce this issue. Any idea what this can cause? Is there a known malware doing that things on the devices of my users? If my site is infected where do I need to look, in what file or database tables are the things stored regarding the cookie notice accepting button link? Thanks.
Ramsesx Posted January 13, 2020 Author Posted January 13, 2020 Now I could reproduce the issue. It's only on mobile phones, if I clear cache and cookies on browser, go to my site and agree to cookie usage it opens a random popup to a 3rd party site. If clicking at empty spaces on the site it opens also a popup. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

Ramsesx Posted January 13, 2020 Author Posted January 13, 2020 @Adlago Thanks, both show clean. But maybe they only check the desktop version of the site. There is something on mobile view.

There is something on mobile view. Just to clarify, there is no "mobile version" - we serve the same HTML regardless of the user agent that visits the community. That said, it's possible some of your advertisements (for example, or any third party javascript code for that matter) may behave differently depending upon the user agent that visits.

Thanks, it was indeed a problem of an outdated revive advertising system. The bad code was removed and the software brought to the newest build.
