Xenos 1337 Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 Hello, since i switched the hoster i have the problem that all user IPs are those of Cloudflare. I tried to use the code from CF but without success. (https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170916-Restoring-original-visitor-IPs-Option-1-Installing-mod-cloudflare#12345680) Is there any other way? Best regards
Lucas James Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 Step-1: AdminCP > Settings > Advanced Configuration: Trust IP addresses provided by proxies? Enable If it doesn't work, then try any of these 2 possible (whichever applicable): mod_remoteip: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029696071-Restoring-original-visitor-IPs-Option-2-Installing-mod-remoteip-with-Apache mod_cloudflare: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170916-Restoring-original-visitor-IPs-Option-1-Installing-mod-cloudflare If this still not resolve the issue, then contact your host.

Daniel F Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 We have a setting for this 🙂 ACP => System => Advanced Configuration

I wanted to see the true IP address. The guide I linked above achieved this.
