adsense 404 issue

Generally it is happening in all my communities 

links ads come very well - issues seems to be in image ads

and aslo at header position....  footer ads with image and links both are showing properly 

In one of the communities - I placed code via blocks   instead of advertising system... it started appearing

 

Has any 1 also having such issue....

Your issue could be the ad size you are calling - 728x280.

This should be 728x90 or responsive for display ads. For link ads, it should be 728x15.

Fix the size and see what happens.

Try a different browser and clear your chrome cache, then see if its still happening.
