[PAID] Create watermark plugin

Code a fully functional attachment watermark module or plugin that actually works.

The watermark needs to be

-adjustable

-customizable

-plain text and/or image overlay options

-addable to existing attachments and/or new attachments

-option to remove watermarks too

@ASI I've released an update to my Attachment Watermarks application that adds support for everything you requested, including adding attachments to existing watermarks and the ability to remove them later if you wish 🙂
