Easy way to add a block to all topic pages?

I have a couple pretty good sized forums.  I would like to add a "similar content" block to every topic page. So no matter which topic they open, the similar content block shows in the sidebar.  

Is there a way to do this without having to go to every page on the forum?  Sorry, I know I should know this by now.

Adding the block to a topic page will add it to ALL topics;)

All topics share the same template, just like all boards share the same template and all albums share the same template if that makes sense.
