Posted August 1, 20195 yr Recently, I have been receiving a large amount of spam email messages via the "Contact Us" link in the footer for signed-in spam accounts that have been flagged by IPS spam services. Can IPS automatically disable the Contact Us link for signed-in spam accounts? They're flagged just fine by the system. But despite the fact that they aren't allowed to post, their bots are still submitting every form they can like the Contact Us support form. Thanks in advanced!
August 1, 20195 yr Management It's likely you have only opted to restrict new content. You have other options available to control accounts you've flagged as spammer. It sounds like you want to just tick the 'ban member' setting and you should no longer have this issue. 🙂
August 2, 20195 yr I also had more spammers then normal via the contact us form. I think it would be an addition to add the ip addres from the one sending something via the contact form. At this moment I can do nothing except delete the mail and it's getting a bit annoying.
