Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
aXenDev Posted July 16, 2019 Posted July 16, 2019 Google crawled my site, but suddenly the homepage disappeared from the search engine. There is no error in the google search console. It's about the title and the description of the page. This website is: https://1shot2kill.pl/ I will add that bing displays correctly in the browser. Google: Bing: As you can see above, the homepage does not exist in google. I would like to add that everything was done in the right way and suddenly it disappears from the search engine.

aXenDev Posted July 16, 2019 Author Posted July 16, 2019 As you can see, I do not. I have asked my three friends and they are the same. Edit: I noticed that this is happening only on the server of Europe, but in the US everything is displayed correctly.

Your screenshot does a “site search”, which is very specific search with a very specific use. It’s not supposed to give your homepage as first result as regular users will see it when they do a regular search.
Joel R Posted July 16, 2019 Posted July 16, 2019 1. When you test search engines, you must use "Incognito" mode. Otherwise Google will deliver personalized results just for you. 2. Define international targeting for your website in Google Webmasters (eg. Poland) https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6059209?hl=en 3. I get your homepage in my search results:
aXenDev Posted July 17, 2019 Author Posted July 17, 2019 Just yesterday I demanded re-indexing and everything was fine within 15 minutes. Thank you 🙂
Philip Krasilnikov Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 Basically it doesn't make sense if the hope page is there, what important is to have 99% of your content to be in Google. I have one project and I never see that people visit home page, usually they are at other pages with content and that's it
