AlexWright Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 Is it possible to not show clubs albums on the Albums tab of a member profile? If so, how would this be accomplished? Thanks!
Joel R Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 Are you worried about showing club albums from private or closed clubs? Those should only be shown to users with permissions.

There is no option for this built in at this time - I'd like to know what their reasons are, however, to evaluate if an option should be added in a future release.

As far as I can tell, there's a few reasons/use cases: 1. Members who use Clubs don't want the Albums in a Club gallery to also show on the Albums page. Certain clubs may fall under certain topics, and so having these not display on the member's Profile would be beneficial in this case. Since our site does deal with a few topics that are considered fetish/NSFW, having the ability for these albums to not display on their page would be good. Especially since Clubs don't have permission-based categories yet, outside of a Plugin which IIRC is currently broken. 2. Clubs already has it's own tab on a member's profile. Having Club gallery content also appear in the Albums area seems a bit redundant to some members. I think those are the primary reasons members want to be able to remove them.
