May 30, 20195 yr Hi I just realized that when converting the post to a ticket, an email is not sent to the user letting them know the ticket was created, in a similar way as it's done when a ticket is created manually. Is there any chance of making it work like this? THanks

Is there any chance of making it work like this? What's New in Version 1.0.1: Add the ability to send an email to the post author when converting a post to a ticket. Email body will be the post/ticket content.
May 31, 20195 yr Thanks, you are the best! I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround for this and having the switch to toggle the emails is a great implementation.
