  1. Thanks, you are the best! I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround for this and having the switch to toggle the emails is a great implementation.
  2. Hi I just realized that when converting the post to a ticket, an email is not sent to the user letting them know the ticket was created, in a similar way as it's done when a ticket is created manually. Is there any chance of making it work like this? THanks
  3. Hi @Adriano Faria I just realized that when converting the post to a ticket, an email is not sent to the user letting them know the ticket was created, in a similar way as it's done when a ticket is created manually. Is there any chance of making it work like this? THanks
  4. Oops, I was looking for the link in the editor before creating the ticket 🤦‍♂️ Thanks for clarifying how it works.
  5. Thanks! Unfortunately it doesn't work on my end. I tried to update first and I can see the new setting. I saved it, but the link is not added like in your image. I also tried uninstalling it and re-installing, the setting is there, but it still doesn't work. Not a big deal for me, so take your time.
  6. Works great. Thank you very much! The only suggestion I have is to automatically include the link of the current post inside the ticket body so it can be used as reference for the ticket. This can be easily copied before clicking the button, but it's an extra step.
  7. That was fast. If you can , please let us know when it's been approved.
  8. @Adriano Faria That looks good! Let me know when its ready and I'll definitely be purchasing it.
  9. Hi, I would like to make the following suggestion. When using both the core for forum functionality and the Commerce app for support tickets I find my self VERY often asking users to create a support ticket to follow up on a forum post. It would be great if instead of doing that I could click a button and automatically generate a ticket for that specific forum post which allows us to easily follow up in private. Thanks for listening.
  10. Of course, I understand. It's just a suggestion 😎
  11. Thanks for this plugin and the updates. I would like to suggest a feature where for forum posts, instead of showing replacement text for every reply, only the original post is shown and underneath it the message requesting the user to log in. Some topics can have many pages of replies and that would be a good improvement.
This plugin does everything it promises! I had a few issues to get started and Nathan was very responsive and quick to solve them 👍 The plugin is a bargain at its current price with this level of support. I have one suggestion which would make it more suitable for my particular needs and that's to allow hiding the reply comment everywhere, including: Search results Activity stream User profile It would also be great if in the topic details, instead of replacing the comments for each post, it would just show the original post and then a single block below it with the
  12. Hi Just purchased the plugin and I can't figure out where to find the settings! In the plugins page I see an "edit" icon and when I click on that a dialog appears with "Something went wrong. Please try again.". Can you point me in the right direction? Using Invision Community v4.3.6 and plugin version 2.3.1.
  13. Thanks! Support told me it wasn't possible, but they also replied again now pointing me to this page.
  14. Currently it is not possible to disable individual activities in the stream. For example, I have no use for new user registrations appearing in the stream and would like to be able to disable them.
