Sticky advert scroll issue

I have a sticky ad in the footer, when viewing on my iphone se the advert replicates and scrolls up. This seems to happen on board index and forum index but not topic view

I don't know if its restricted to certain iPhones, but on mine it happens on safari and chrome.

I need to add a sticky ad to my site so would love to know how to / how you got it working etc?
