Ah, so there's no ability to customize the message being sent? It's just a selection from the predefined ones? Also, are these sent as support requests or via private message (or is it configurable)? Consider both those as suggested potential improvements (create support requests vs. pm, and the ability to customize preloaded responses on the fly, with special permission to do so).
