Husenjan Posted March 13, 2019 Share Posted March 13, 2019 I used the group promotions to add users to a VIP group. i use this VIP group to allow them access to my software. i no longer wish to apply the promotion so i change the criteria to something impossible to achieve and it works, now users are no longer promoted to VIP. However, some users have not logged into the forum since i changed the criteria, therefor they are still in the VIP group. How can i remove group promotions from every member on the site, even users who are logged out" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bfarber Posted March 14, 2019 Share Posted March 14, 2019 The only thing you could do here is find all members in the group (you can go to AdminCP > Members > Groups and click on the count for that group) and then mass move those members to another group.
