Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
SecondSight Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 Hello ! 🙂 I can't find this information : what are the minimum requirement to run Invision Community version 4.4 on my server ? I use MySQL (5.6.43) along with Apache (2.4) and PHP (7.0). Thank you. 🙂
Rhett Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 You'll need to update PHP to at least 7.1, the rest is fine.  https://invisioncommunity.com/buy/self-hosted/Â
SecondSight Posted March 9, 2019 Author Posted March 9, 2019 Ok. I have the possibility to upgrade php to version 7.3 instead of version 7.1. Do you think it's better to upgrade to php 7.3 ? Thank you. :)

bfarber Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 PHP 7.3 works fine with Invision Community 4.4, however it does not work with 4.3 or lower. So, only upgrade PHP to 7.3 if you are planning to immediately upgrade your community afterwards (or are already on 4.4.x).
